      Pros

      Great culture, coworkers are easy to work with. Biggest benefit is the work/life balance. The company goes out of their way to make ensure there is no burnout. Remote work and employees are dedicated in making the company better.

      Cons

      No clear way to move up, promotions happen but not too much. Need clearer career paths and more engagement (especially promoting from within, updating of job titles, and adjustment of salary based on current standards),

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
