A general sense of urgency that demands one to be on top of their game. Being direct and motivating is a value they push heavily, which really brings out a sense of true team work and no frills feedback. There is no room for being a shy type, everyone plays a leader one way or the other, and it is noticed. A decent discount ( in the context of the general pricing of garments in the store) and an overall sense of satisfaction when projects are accomplished. A heavy work load in general. Demanding, and yes, everything is observed..one has to be on top of their game. Very fast paced, no time for a 'day off' Long hours. Get ready to maybe stay past midnight some closing shifts.
