      Good benefits are offered as far as healthcare, 401K, and insurance. Promotion of the use of eco-friendly materials in their inventory.

      Cons

      No job growth; over-works employees; does not work well with individual schedules; training is chaotic; stress level is very high while working here; treats their employees as robots.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
