Pros
Learn something new everyday. Never get bored. Always get the opportunity while at work to wonder if somewhere else would be better. The discount if you use it. Merchandising is fun if you can do it in the 1 hour that you usually get.
Cons
Values of H&M are never met. They believe in a sustainable environment but I've never seen a recycling bin anywhere. Management will tell you to give great customer service but Management will not do that themselves. Management will tell people he or she is getting promoted at work with them for two weeks. After the two weeks Management will just forget. Again anything about Customer service that H&M strives to believe in are not followed by Management but they'll again lecture and talk about giving customer service every morning. H&M is unfair about the work load. Someone will work triple what another person will and the person doing less work will usually be getting paid more.
