Though timings are flexible until and unless you are good at your work and skill. If you are critical and doing well with your responsibilities then you can do what you want to do and suits you but when it comes to a business then you have to work really hard. Opportunity is based on pick and choose, just likeI said if you are doing in your skills then only you will be offered for training's. Sometimes you have to become personal with higher management to get such opportunities, irrespective of having lower skills as compared to others. That is really -a losing confidence, for employee who is doing great job. Friendly environment if you find like minded people, otherwise you will find well diplomatic people with dirty politics sometimes. Even Managers play very dirty politics within team to get their job done. And after completion of the work they will through you out also.
