      Pros

      No pros at all, only bad side.

      Cons

      Its totally employee "unfriendly" company at least for BFSI and due to high people risk its loosing out its businesses. Same can be verified in news articles in public domain. Worst work culture ever seen in my 10yrs career across 5 companies. Senior management is least bothered about employees' growth and career planning.
