      Gov office culture. Can stay if you don't have any other options. Don't expect hike over and above 6 or 7%

      Don't expect reasonable hike year on year. If you stay long, your future is screwed. People staying in the company for decades will be your manager, who doesn't have outside exposure and treat you like slave
