      Flexible schedule, decent health care & matching 401(k)

      Cons

      While your schedule can be flexible, it will also require working in PST & IST times. You're practically on-call all day and every day. No room for growth. No reinvestment into US based employees. I was frequently the ONLY woman in meetings full of Indian men. Huge lack of diversity.
