Most of the projects with HCL tech is in Support Function. Employees who are not kicked up about Telecom tech, Support function possibly plan to move on to Development kind of role in other software product/services organization Pathetic work culture and performance evaluation system where unethical people have authorization to play with careers of people. No good technical work for those who have technical bent of mind. Low salaries and very low hikes - that too at the mercy of managers . The ones who dislike that More than the actual work how well a person can create his viability in the organization by hook or crook - is the parameter to be recognized and rewarded.
