Pros
To date I have been very pleased with my position at HCL. The company employs very talented individuals and assistance is at hand if required for everything relating to work and much more. Employees have been given the opportunity to raise their ideas and be rewarded if implemented and the on-line training package available to all is excellent. In my time with the company, HCL have received fantastic reviews from the client.
Cons
Sometimes there can be a language barrier especially in the terminology used in emails between the many nationalities employed by HCL. This is just a very minor issue which results in more emails generated between staff until the wording is fully understood.
