Pros

Having worked for multiple international organizations, service to customer is HCL the best . HCL does not introduce any delay in service be it influenced by complex matrix organization, process or anything of that sort. HCL able to deliver by structuring itself as project organization,clear decision matrix and process to support customer. Often it's HCL do not have process, its highly a wrong perception. HCL has strong process that's to follow customer process or recommend a suitable process to the industry customer belongs. HCL is hard to beat and top to lead the competition. a new history is being created

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
