      Pros

      Great set of clients, leadership, opportunities, onsite visits, policies. Very supportive management. Takes great care of employees and clients which is a touch balance to achieve.

      Cons

      probably not the best pay master. Salary jumps within the company not very high. probably the case with most of the companies. Maybe an industry alignment after every few years might be a good thing to do.
