      Good onsite opportunities. Work life balances Some of the offshore facilities have good infrastructure. Some of the leaders are approachable

      Limited options at offshore for good roles in delivery You spend lot of time fixing the admin issues, HR issues and system issues. There is no consistent policies for everyone.
