Loads of promises for nothing Promised great pay increases, nothing came out of it They do not respect their own deadlines You can grow within the company but don't expect any extra bonuses or pay increases worth the extra load of work Managers have no decisional power as everything has to come from "way above" They keep on accepting extra projects without sufficient employees to work on it so the stress and workload just keeps on growing and there's nothing you can do about it
