Pros
Good company overall, has a U.S. Presence but lacks a TRUE U.S. Presence, too much of the company is based out of India. More U.S presence where HCL can be run on its own by U.S employees, and better compensation of it employees will bring greater retention rates and make HCL a true competitor. An international company cannot make a real presence without letting other nations who understand the business within their own culture run the company.
Cons
Needs a real U.S presence, cannot run an international business without letting each nation have control. Add more than 1 HR rep for 3 different buildings.
