      Pros

      Job is easy as supporting clients with password problems etc. I have met a friend that live near my place and we take the same train everyday.

      Cons

      Got one Donkey in our team. 3 years experience but always say I don't know this I don't know that. Takes a break every 5 minutes. Company needs proactive managers with experience. We got an import from India who does not have any knowledge about our support. Disaster!
