* fun @ bench * good cafeteria infrastructure but... (see cons) * no punch-in & outs
Cons
* if you get identified to project which is in pipeline, and if HCL doent bag the project, YOU ARE DOOOOOOMED, * Food @ Cafeteria SUCKS and way too costly. * Partiality during appraisals. * Very poor hike % and bonus. * No much freebies to the Employees, 'no fun' @ work kind of activities (happens very rarely).
