      Pros

      Clients are really good, valuable experience, and you have good benefits.

      Cons

      HR is terrible, never respond, never help and most of the time don't know anything. Pay structure is not transparent and very broken. Getting appraisal or pay change is almost impossible. Some Managers don't help at all.
