1. Training 2. Family Orientated 3. Great Communications via email from India 4. Only think of 3 5. Yep nothing else really

Cons

1. SLT are based in Southeast Asia can't resonate with APAC Australia staff 2. Culture Clash 3. Broken English is hard to understand with SLTs based in Shanghai 4. SLA focussed vs team performance/customer satisfaction 5. Let go of great staff due to the sake of cost-cutting just before Christmas not knowing how to read stats thinking we did not have enough work then SLAs were affected due to not having enough staff to cover the workload

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
