      Work-life balance. Salary on time.

      Cons

      Too much politics. Management is taking all the benefits of employees, including bonuses. No one is there to take action against any manager if an employee still complains about them. Don't take compensation ratings seriously; That has nothing to do with your yearly increment. If they want to, they will; otherwise, if you have scored highest, you still get nothing.
