      Great team manager, ample opportunities for advancement, easy to learn a lot in a short ammount of time, excellent benefits, great work-life balance, 100% remote with company provided equipment

      Cons

      Very little coworker interaction, difficult to reach HR/payroll when there are issues, highly mentally demanding, quotas were hard to meet, unexpected sweeping layoffs, outsourcing to foreign countries

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
