      Pros

      I Guess it is the only company in India which has Work/Life Balance. Good Shift Timing. Senior Management is good, very helpful. You will just love your job.

      Cons

      Compensation & Benefits is the Biggest Disadvantage. Apart From Annual increment and Salary which is not up to the mark

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
