      Successful projects and rewards for good work. With good arguments and some communication, an individual employee was able to move big things into the right direction.

      Cons

      NAVTEQ has been sold to Nokia. Which is actually not a Con but is it not the same anymore.

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
