There is no real management educated but the people who cannot make any desicion and only care about their job security. As a result the most skilled employees left the company. The only ones still stay who cannot leave because of lack of qualification or age. Besides that there is a clear distinction between german and the other employees from management perspecive. Promotions, norman salary increases, conferences (very rare btw), travels are not for you if you are not german. There is nothing even close to it in Amazon.
