      Great developers, great product managers, visionary CEO

      Cons

      Company vision and goals aren't sincerely followed up on, by individual business groups. Individual VPs ignore company culture, developers and product managers and stick to "gut feel" running high costs and losing developers.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
