Pros
Salary paid is quite good. Collegues are very bright and mostly fun to work with. Loads of potential on an international playground, loads of partnering potential, loads of opportunity to play around with ideas and conceptualize and do research.
Cons
Might happen that the idea or product one has been working on for years will never hit any real customer. This happens also in other companies, problem at Here is, that for a software company, failing lasts too long time, conceptual phases far too long duration of time, decisions to drop an idea is discussed for years, or not really ever taken, although it probably should.
