      good salery and benefits, nice office, very high qualified people

      Cons

      HERE pretends to promote young potentials and "Women in Tech" - non of this is applicable. No employee below 30 in any of the locations. HERE likes to hire overqualified people, but still like to keep them small and don't let them use their potential.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
