      Employee friendly Work-life balance So many perks apart from competitive salary

      Cons

      If you are hungry and you want to work more and get fast promotion there is no clear pathway - atleast in my case there was none and higher management recommended (in personal capacity) to switch job

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
