      Intensive trainings on 6 sigma, discipline, hard working, lean manufacturing approach, continuos improvement philosophy were very good sides of Hugo Boss.

      Intensive competition with colleagues, too much pressure, limited budget for investment, low IT know how, non inspiring working conditions, no audit
