      Henkel offer for people constant development possibilities even throughout decades. Here work people with passion and who have high dedication towards goal achievement. Even in corporate environment, entrepreneurship is highly valued and cherished. The main asset is people in it who make it up as 2nd family. Very good work-life balance.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
