Pros
Henkel overall values the people who work here. As a company, Henkel makes sound and sustainable business decisions and offers a strong diversity of customer markets with a large global footprint. It offers innovation and excellent career development opportunities.
Cons
Henkel unfortunately eliminated the local HMO healthcare option (i.e. HAP HMO) which significantly decreased health care coverage benefits for local Michigan employees. They offer only higher cost National plans, which provide far less coverage and reduce local provider stability.
