Pros
Ever since joining Henkel 3 years ago, I have felt supported by an organization that actually cares about their employees. They have an employee mentality, ensuring our wellbeing (mentally, physically and financially) are taken care of. I would highly recommend working here.
Cons
Being a global company with a German Global HQ, sometimes decisions can be slow at higher levels. I have seen this at all (four) major organizations I have worked for and is an industry hurdle, not specially a Henkel specific problem.
