      Good people and strong brands. Brand recognition helps to drive sales with less effort

      Very difficult to effect change. Layers and layers, process after process so there isn't much you can do.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
