      Offers tuition reimbursement for college courses related to manufacturing and chemical engineering. Direct management shows interest in my progression within the company by giving me extra projects and assignments.

      Cons

      Recently the company was sold to a German company; things are in flux which has made people nervous. Harsh policies regarding illness and emergencies.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
