      Growing organization with opportunity for advancement. Good compensation. Great reputation for sustainability. Great product technology. Financially strong. North America has a lot of growth opportunities for Henkel.

      Cons

      Senior leadership disproportionately expats who along with global HQ do not fully understand US market, US employees. Tend to view IT as an expense, not an investment. Operates more as a German/Western European company with international affiliates than as a global company.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
