      There is no rights for employees, hierarchy is a culture in company and there is less chance to use your talents in the job, because the company is so rigid. The training was so tight and inefficient.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
