Pros
Henkel offers a huge range of job rotation opportunities, if you as an employee claims it and demands it. I had the chance to work in 5 different departments so far. The team spirit within the organization is extremely high, based on trust and a high sense of colleagueship. I have experienced a very strong commitment towards the team in all my departments within Henkel. I have experienced high work flexibility (incl. home office time) in more than one department, but it is still too much depending on the line manager’s commitment. Henkel offers good opportunities to come back in part time after maternity leave.
Cons
Henkel has still huge potential in the fields of flexible working hours, agility & digitalization. Also career planning should be more structured and steered.
