      You get real responsibilities, and you really are more valuable when you have finished your internship. The pay is correct

      Cons

      Workload can be ridiculously high for some departments, interns included are not requested but welcome to follow Career opportunities are low after an internship No follow up of the interns on a HR perspective

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
