DO NOT join if you are not the majority. Constant micro aggressions, micromanaging, favouritism, office politics,othering, and expect to be managed out. Gossiping within teams and people will stand with those they want to. Talks about DEI but racism and micro aggressions within teams are ignored. Lack of awareness on neurodiversity. There is no meaningful training nor accountability with regards to discrimination( I know they will respond with all the avenues allegedly put in place, IT IS NOT TRUSTED because there is a missguided belief that racism and discrimination doesn’t exist in Europe and employees are afraid of retaliation ). You will be held at standards that others are not actively held to. Very toxic work environment.
