      Pros

      The people are friendly and the company builds quality skills. Breaks are paid for and there are 5 work shifts to chose from. The interaction between the company and employees is great.

      Cons

      You start out as a temp. It can last anywhere between 3 months and a year. After that you get hired on and actually work for the company.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
