      Slow decisions, too much 'consensus building'. Extremely risk averse. Opaque promotion processes.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
