      Pros

      Discount on lingerie, la place cafeteria, good looking office, easy to use employee app, working for recognisable brand, company pays for the courses (in some cases)

      Cons

      NO AUTOMATION with regards to work flows and processes, every change on the website needs to be done manually, no html template for email, everyone working overtime without any benefits, the strategy you just implemented doesn't mean anything - the board will make you proceed with whatever they just randomly came up with in order to quickly fix the sale numbers

      Pros

      I had an extremely pleasant experience with the recruiter (thank you, Jeroen!) as well as with the onboarding process. I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

      Cons

      For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.
