      Pros

      Very diverse and everyone speaks english. So it’s comfortable for non-dutch speakers

      Cons

      they are not transparent. suddenly got a bad feedback of my probation and they didn’t explain the reason, though I have asked couple times. The team never provide me a bad feedback, and that’s weird when the manager terminated the contract. HR also didn’t help.

      Pros

      I had an extremely pleasant experience with the recruiter (thank you, Jeroen!) as well as with the onboarding process. I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

      Cons

      For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.
