      Good hours, great company for the opportunity to change roles, really nice people. I worked on about 4 different departments through my time with IKEA.

      Not very flexible hours, pretty set shifts.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
