Pros

Car and fuel card which is basic as you need to do the job.

Cons

Long hours. No work life balance. Culture is horrendous. Constantly tracked. Manager watches your location on the car, iPad and phone. Paid £10-£15k a year less just because someone has worked there abit longer but the work load is exactly the same. If you need time to do something at some point during the day you have to use a FULL day as a holiday. Even if it’s an appointment that lasts 15 mins. Sneaky staff who like to gossip. No progression, especially in N.Ireland. No bonus for atleast the first 8 months depending if they sign you off level 2.. which they lie about in the job description. You find that point out once you start.

Pros

Good benefits. Vacation, holidays, and 401k.

Cons

Terrible incompetent management. Management continues to make bad decisions. The company is trying to push out the great Lorillard employees so they can hire cheap incompetent people from other countries. Recently there's been a large hiring spree of people from central and south America. This company is so worried about hiring DEI employees, the talent and quality of workers is terrible. If they promote people they don't announce it because they know other employees will get upset. Recently an incompetent DEI employee was promoted, while other strong hard working employees wait from 15 to 20 years to be promoted.
