Pros
Great culture, amazing coworkers, great benefits, open PTO, took care of us during the pandemic.
Cons
Senior leadership rolls out large product changes that affect the client drastically and then a few months later will just scrap the whole thing. Often times these changes greatly disrupt Employer hiring processes and strategies which causes a lot of confusion, frustration, and churn. Our goals would also often take a total 180 turn each quarter which could make it hard to find your groove. You have to be very very adaptable. I also have to mention we were laid off (in a second round of layoffs within a year) and our office was shut down with (of course) 0 warning.
