      The company, leadership, and folks I work with all stand behind the mission of "helping people get jobs". Also, the RSU vesting schedule is better than FANG.

      Cons

      Many teams seem to get restructured pretty much on an annual basis. This can be a pro or a con depending on how you or your team gets impacted.
