      Attractive package and medical benefits Transfer every 4 years, could be a pro as well as con Offers loan for car (4 lakh)while entering orgranisation, house (20 lakh) after 5 yrs Job security

      Its not exactly marketing in marketing division, more like supply and distribution Frequent transfers is a con for people liking stability
