-Behaves not like a multinational powerhouse, but a conglommerate of many small companies. -No prestige built in APAC since we became Infineon. -Terrible BD and non-existent marketing. -Contempt for customers, esp Chinese customers, however big/important. Very Euro-centric in market outlook. -APAC leadership (largely Singaporean) is Byzantine in an inept and clumsy way.
