Absolutely No pros at all

Cons

Its the worst place imaginable. People need to constantly be on stress leave here because the level of unprofessionalism and cases of bullying, sexual harassment, not paying are raising everyday. My advice is to just avoid applying to this place. They promise things will change and things will get better but of course there is no change for months. Management doesn’t care about employees, same with hr. past few months multiple people left because of all the above reasons. Nobody cares there about you. Don’t do it to yourself cause you will end up with depression.

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
